I used to have access to the Home Monitoring Trends section in the Wyze app, where I could view my Home Monitoring usage history over months and even years, including the total number of hours monitored.
However, after a Wyze app update sometime within the last 2–3 months, the Trends feature appears to have stopped working. When I navigate to Home Monitoring and try to view data for different months or tabs, I receive the following error:
“Internal error occurred. The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.”
I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps on my iPhone

Cleared the app cache

Force-closed and restarted the Wyze app

Uninstalled and reinstalled the Wyze app

Have also tried usig Wyze Beta app

I don’t use any VPN

Tested on a direct internet connection

Restarted the Wyze Home Sense Hub

Restarted my iphone
Unfortunately, the issue persists.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem with Home Monitoring Trends? If so, have you found a workaround or received any updates from Wyze regarding a fix?
