Home Monitoring Trends - no longer shows the Trends

I used to have access to the Home Monitoring Trends section in the Wyze app, where I could view my Home Monitoring usage history over months and even years, including the total number of hours monitored.

However, after a Wyze app update sometime within the last 2–3 months, the Trends feature appears to have stopped working. When I navigate to Home Monitoring and try to view data for different months or tabs, I receive the following error:

“Internal error occurred. The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.”

I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps on my iPhone

:

  • Cleared the app cache

  • Force-closed and restarted the Wyze app

  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the Wyze app

  • Have also tried usig Wyze Beta app

  • I don’t use any VPN

  • Tested on a direct internet connection

  • Restarted the Wyze Home Sense Hub

  • Restarted my iphone

Unfortunately, the issue persists.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem with Home Monitoring Trends? If so, have you found a workaround or received any updates from Wyze regarding a fix?

The only thing left I guess is to reset the Wyze Sense Hub… I would really hate doing it as I need to pair everything considering the number of sensors I have setup :worried::worried::worried:
