Whenever I go into the home monitoring service, I continue to receive this error. Has anyone else experienced this? Wyze support has hung me out to dry.
Welcome to the forums! Are you trying to set up the home monitoring service or are you just trying to access the home monitoring tab? Are you subscribed to HMS?
In regards to Support, What interactions have you had with them, and when were they? What were their recommendations? Can you post your support ticket number here for reference.
