Home monitoring settings gone?

The new app has moved everything and I can’t seem to find anywhere where I can manage my home monitoring setting.

New pins, test mode, etc

Am I missing something?

Currently on the cam unlimited annual plan.

It’s still the same for me on the latest app. Can you do the following:

  1. check what your actual app version number is and post that number. To get your exact App version: Open the app → Go to the Account tab → Select About
  2. post a screenshot of the monitoring tab so we can see what’s wrong
  3. submit a log and post the log number for us To potentially pass on to the devs
  4. consider contacting support

Do you have an HMS subscription as well?

Excellent critical clarification.

If you don’t have HMS then there is no test mode, option etc, because it’s always in test mode. The home and way stuff never contacts Noonlight, it just turns your notifications on and off for those cameras.

It appears maybe my monitoring has gone away? It used to be part of my plan. Something must have happened. The problem is resolved now thanks for the help.
