I bought the home monitoring kit with an annual membership. When everything arrived I began the setup process. I’m able to set up the hardware; however, dispatch setup fails every time and it says I don’t have monitoring services. Not sure how to proceed here.
I’m having the same issue. I’m holding with tech support.

Tech services sent me a new access code. Once I got that everything worked.
