Bought the $99 Basic System with included Monitoring but can register

Bought the $99 Basic System with included Home Monitoring but can register. Its a three step process but I can’t complete the 2nd step.

Step 2 is filling out the dispatching info. I enter my name, address, etc and hit NEXT and i get a popup that says “failed”. At this point it just puts me in an endless loop.

I’ve reset the spp and setup with same results.

I also bought about $500 in sensors, cameras, and home automation but its all going back if I cant get an answer today.

There isn’t any tech support number to call. Some service.

Problem solved:

The problem, apparently, was I hadn’t activated my subscription. Found the code on the box and after activating, I no longer got the error.

All up and running now.
