Home Monitoring multiple activation codes

I activated and am now using the home monitoring. Began May 16, 2021 I used the activation code sent.

I am now getting more emails with a new code stating I need to activate home monitoring before I can use.

I’m confused. I am currently using it and haven’t had any noticeable problems.

With my history of customer support, I am Leary of even trying to ask.


Are you certain they are new codes? I get repeated emails to activate but the codes are the same.

Well hell. It is the same. Why do they keep telling me to activate when it is?

Not sure why they keep sending it. The activation system seems to be totally FUBAR.
