We have had a number of HMS alarm triggers because the exit delay is still active and the motion sensors show activity. I live in a 2 bed condo and if I press the keypad to arm the system and walk past a room with a sensor the sensor shows active movement so long that when the alarm arms after the exit delay it then triggers the alarm. We had the exit at 30 seconds, so moved to 45 to solve the issue but today it still went off at 45. The sensor seems to show active motion too long and doesn’t clear even though there is no motion.
