Has anyone found a way of reaching someone other than through the help ticketing system? Much as I like Wyze products, their help on account matters seem totally inept at solving what should be a basic problem. I have asked “Louise” to escalate the problem to her manager but have heard nothing after…

Reading the FAQ pages and searching or posting to the forums are good alternatives if you don’t want to be patient with support, there is also a Wyze subreddit that is worth a look.

@Hello-world , You can also call them! [image] Doorbell qr code fail I would recommended calling wyze support at 1 (844) 999-3226, they are available for support between 5am-6pm PT Monday through Friday, and 8am-4pm PT Saturday.
