Request for help -- lost support ticket

Gwendolyn, you are the only Wyze person I see active. I have made 2 attempts to chat and it sends me to email as states chat is busy. I have emailed 3x- ALL with no replies over a 1 month period. Here is just one of the ticket numbers 1067765. My question is I have Cam V2 that will not connect to network, I have tried every means possible following directions from your website to the letter. It is 2 months out of warranty so I am asking if any chance of replacement or just need to eat it and buy new one. No offense to you but not replying over a one month period poses serious problems for Wyze(just my opinion). Thank you- Dale
