I can totally appreciate your dilemma, I have been in the industry for 43 years. I cut my teeth on the old builds, plastering was an art …(thick stuff 1.5") I just finished a period correct full bath in a beautiful mid-century house, it was very reminiscent of some of Frank Loyd Wrights builds… Great era!
