Hi all,
I have a deco mesh wifi I can connect my wyze camera with no problem, the doorbell pro just will not connect, it says failed every time. here is what I have already tried:
Just using 2.4 GHz
Trying 5 ghz only
Trying both2.4 and 5 on together
Trying wpa on its own
Trying wpa / wpa2 on together
Rebooting
changing password to just numbers
fully charging doorbell overnight
Tried both the beta and regular versions off the app
Tried an android phone and an iphone
When holding the power button on the doorbell it just says power on, no other obvious setup modes
when I press the doorbell button the chime rings.
I hear START CONNECTING from the ringer before the app shows connection failed
anything I’m missing?
