Unable to charge. The cable does not go into the headphones. Yes I know it only goes in one way. Has anyone else have issues like this?
No issue on my end, The provided USB C cable slipped right in.
If you haven’t already, and if you have an extra lying around, try a different USB C cable, peek in the charge port for obstructions?
? USB-C by definition DOES go in both ways…
yes tried all the above. I have a ticket into Support. what is strange the port on the headphones didn’t seem to have the proper male connector.
yes
Maybe the inner connector is missing from the port.
Fine looking dog. I have a Chocolate Lab snoring beside me.
my yellow lab is on his bed sleeping, almost more comfy then our bed.
so far the supplied cable doesn’t work with other usb-c devices. I hope by using this cable it didn’t wreck the headphones.
Is there a plastic piece stuck in the cable end? Maybe the piece broke out of the headphones.
My Lab is on the couch beside me.
thanks for your assistance. I am going to wait for the response back from Support.
Welcome to the Wyze community @Scootersas!
Would you mind providing a picture of the connector? That may help us help you figure out why it isn’t working.
Both the connector of the headphones and the cable.
I suspect the center of the headphone connector is broken off in the cable plug.
So we are all waiting for a picture from your phone to the forum… Do you know how to do that? Curious how that looks as well. the suspense is killing me
The connector is damaged now trying to gently get the cable to insert.
Still patiently waiting for reply from Support.
Huh, so the connector (while a mess) is basically where it should be.

I am a little concerned by your messages you tried to use a legacy micro-USB connector, rather than USB-C, where direction doesn’t matter.
What does the cable end look like?
Wyze headphones use the usb-c cable.
