Head scratcher

Can anyone help solve my mystery. Lately, my camera on my front porch defaults on its own to not record motion. I only find out in the morning when I go to see any events from during the night and there are none. I’ll check the settings and the record motion is turned off. The camera remains on, It doesn’t happen to any of my other cameras. Just that one. It’s quite annoying. It’s a CamV3.

Here are a few things to try.

  1. Unplug the v3 camera power cord for one minute then plug back in.
  2. In the Wyze App, go to Account - App Settings - then delete the App Cache.
  3. In the Settings of the problem v3 camera, click Reset Services.
