Have Cam Pan V3 not rtsp?

I have look at “Settings - Advanced” but can’t se any RTSP ?

Need to stream my camera via VLC player

Wyze cameras do not support RTSP.

At one point the v2 cam supported it via an alternative firmware, but support was dropped from it long ago. There are ways to use RTSP via community project such as Wyze hacks or Wyze docker bridge

The original Pan and the V3 (not pan) also had an RTSP release. All those files were pulled by Wyze quite a while ago. I have a few V3 cameras that have the RTSP firmware, and in the past, I had V2 and original Pan cameras with RTSP firmware installed.
