Have 99 license Annual Plan for CamPlus Issue?

I am paying for the 99 Annual License for CamPlus. When I check it via Services in the app it shows the cams that I have assigned the license to. When I look at settings for each camera, under notifications it shows PLUS. If I try to use smart detection I get a screen asking me to enroll in CamPlus. Is this different than the annual license I am paying for? I could have sworn the smart detection used to work.

Hi rtvman, could you please try un-assign and re-assign each license to see if it still ask you for camplus? If so, please submit a log and do a short screen record for me. Thank you so much!

After posting I continued researching. I logged out of the app and logged back in. CamPlus came back on all my cameras.
