Gun Safe won’t connect to app via Bluetooth after firmware update 1.0.5.0
Wyze app is also running the latest update. Anything on this?
Brand new gun safe, I am unable to Add Fingerprint. From Android it shows “System busy” and from an iPad it’s “Bluetooth unable to connect” (or a similar message). Else the safe works OK. I have opened a support call for my issue, which smells like a Bluetooth connection thing (maybe).
Yes, I did “all the things” except reinstalling the Wyze app itself (phone/tablet reboot, remove/add the safe in the Wyze app, pull the batteries for several minutes, the iPad’s OS is up to date, etc.).
