I have 2 cats and only 1 is detected by the various cameras on the property. My orange/white cat is normally detected. My dark grey/white cat is never detected. Does anyone have the same problem?

I haven’t experienced this at all, but the cats who live here are both orange tabbies. 
My Cam Pan v3s have no problems tracking them.
I have one of my v3 cameras aimed at my front porch. It always captures my neighbor’s grey cat during the day or night. V3 detection sensitivity is set at 90 and on the inside of a double pane window.

I have a white and gray cat. Definitely an AI recognition issue. Sometimes it’s a cat (occasionally), sometimes it’s a person (rarely), most of the time it’s just motion. No issue with other colored cats or critters.

My V3 critter cam detects all the 
. One of them is dark gray, the 
gang is all gray white and black, and of course this lovely lady is gray and white.

@IndonesiaHotelCam, since you describe this as a “problem”…
I wonder how much you’ve fiddled with the detection settings and what kinds of detections you’re seeing with the orange/white cat but not the grey/white cat, like if it’s just motion or AI-enhanced Pet Detection or something else.

Does the OP mean the camera records the motion of the cat but does not Tag it as a Pet?

It does not detect my cat as a pet on the AI mode… I think if I put motion on it would work. I dont want to use motion because everytime their is a small breeze it would set off the recording from plants etc.

It doesnt detect as AI Pet… I dont do motion because to many plants around so if there is a small breeze it would set it off… I will now test the motion on one of the cameras to see if my cat even shows up at all lol
Are you submitting videos to Wyze with the correct Tagging? I do frequently because mainly at night AI sometimes thinks my mailbox is a Person. I have Cam Plus Lite and this video below was Tagged as Person.
All the critters are tagged as PET on all my cams. The cats, possums, raccoons, and even the 
are tagged as pet.
