I’m trying to set up my 3rd cam and having trouble connecting. The camera successfully scans the QR code, but then after 15 seconds says “cannot find the specified network name.” I’m using Google Wifi and I know I have to connect to the 2.4 ghz network which the other 2 have done successfully and stayed on the 2.3 network. I’ve tried everything from doing a factory reset of the cam, Google wifi, trying set up at a further distance from any of the pucks but nothing works. Help, please.
