I am having trouble linking my Google home to my cams. Google home shows linked and my cams are listed under devices in the Home app, but it won’t display the cams, either by asking “hey Google show front door, etc" or by tapping the cam in the app. My wyze account does not show the link under smart integrations. I had to switch from using Alexa after it stopped recognizing the v4 cams along with tinycam after the recent v4 firmware update. I’ve unlinked and relinked several times, clearing cache, etc with negative results. All I want to do is be able to say “hey Google, show (cam). I’m using a basic android tablet for this. I’ve also tried troubleshooting on my galaxy s21 with the same results . Thanks for any help.
I suspect this may be causing your issue with Google Home, as well. The version 4.52.9.5332 firmware seems to have broken a few things. I still have my Cam v4s on firmware 4.52.9.4188. Are you using version 4.52.9.5332? When you think your issue may be related to a firmware or app change, then being explicit about your version(s) in the post may be helpful. Because of the way Wyze phases and slow-rolls some updates, saying “latest” or “most recent” can mean different things to different people.
With my Cams on this earlier firmware version (which became available to them only within the past few weeks), I was able to stream a couple I tried on a Google Home Hub (First Generation) just a few minutes ago. The Google Home app on my Android phone doesn’t want to stream them right now, but streaming any Cams (Wyze or other) has always been an iffy proposition in my experience. Using a native or device-specific app has consistently given me better results. I think Google has been mucking about with things more frequently in the past several months, too, because sometimes things will work in the Home app and sometimes they won’t.
Have you tried flashing a Cam v4 back to an earlier firmware (and disabling Automatic Update) to see if that gives you better results with Google Home?
Before doing any of that, have you made sure that your Cam v4s are actually added to a home and a room within the Google Home app?

I upgraded my v4 and it is working with Alexa. I don’t have google home to verify that though.
