Garage Door Controller: Which terminals to use?

I’m watching the Wyze installation video for the Garage Door Controller but I’m not sure how to know which terminals on the opener to use. The system I inherited has so many long wires that it’s hard to tell which is which, and they don’t have any color difference.

If it matters, the model is a Chamberlain HD600D, and I’m attaching a photo of the terminals.

Just following up to say that I looked up the manual and figured out the answer! It was a bit hard to intertwine the wiring but luckily I was able to do it.

agreed, follow the lines from the wall switch. But mine was the Red and white side
