Frustrated

You stated: I have never been so frustrated with a company. I placed a $500 order on November 28 and I have tried multiple times to try and contact customer service via phone. After being on hold for 60 minutes the phone system automatically cuts off. This has happened so many times I have lost count. I am going to report Wyze to my Visa credit card company for fraud if no one addresses my concerns. The live agent chats are useless as they have no information on your order other than to say it has been “processed”. Can’t give you a tracking number or give any date as to when your order will be shipped despite MULTIPLE requests! Worst customer service ever.
