All of my cams on cam plus taking forever to connect, sometimes saying can’t connect to cloud try again, then when playback starts freezes after a few seconds. Can play back from card fine. Sent ticket and was auto responded long list to do, reboot, format sd card, unplug sign out and into app, turn phone off and on reboot router… nothing. Only happens on my cameras with cam plus others fine. Started about 24 hours ago
Seems mine has started doing this in past 48 hours, sometimes video will load, mostly not, on camera V2, V3, V4, and OG telephoto, using iPhone 13 Pro with latest updates on everything
I’ve went thru all the normal thing, restarting, reconnecting,only tried resetting on couple V3 due to height, but didn’t improve!
seems to have gotten worse today 6/23
I’ve had this problem for months. If I move up or down the next event it will play. I’ve deleted the app, logged off, unplugged the cameras overnight everything under the sun. Started looking fo replacements.
It seems like mine has been corrected, today everything is back to normal, so maybe Wyze has heard us and corrected this issue, hope that yours is corrected also, interested to hear back as I’d read couple other posts that there’s had been corrected before mine was
Mine was finally corrected 2 days ago.
Since the update on Tuesday July 8 2025, our iPad cannot play back events for one camera. The other camera events play back fine. It’s the app not web.
Wondering if it is related to the web issues people are having.
