I have a Floodlight Pro (2.2.1..1223) hardwired outside my garage. I have a 128GB SD card installed. With great regularity, the device will stop recording and only show a still image from an event. I have Reset, Restarted, power cycled the device multiple times. I have tried without recording to SD card and with. But nothing seems to reset the device. It has good WiFi connectivity and seems to work for a few days and then wedges. I thought that signing up for the Cloud Cam service might help but it did not. It’s very disappointing to pay for a device and service that doesn’t work.
