First responders discount

Does anyone know a trick or if something is wrong with the app to get the first responders discount? I keep trying to go to the link and then it takes me the link from the chat but it’s in French then Spanish. I finally found the English version and there’s no direct link on how to apply. Any help is much appreciated.

Interesting. I didn’t even realize they offered this.

I think it’s broken. That page says this:

But then there is nothing below that to enter anything into or select.

I’ll mention it to an employee. But it might help if you submit an official support system so they have a ticket number to track.

Like @carverofchoice said, we’re trying to get someone from Wyze to provide current information about this. Other users have asked about military discounts in recent months and seem to be in the same boat, so I’ve tried to put this on Wyze’s radar before. Thank you for raising this issue again.

I’m curious to find out what qualifies as a first responder too. By some companies’ definitions, my wife qualifies (several cell phone companies give her the first responder benefits, for example) and by others she doesn’t.

Some companies also allow civilian military workers to count For military benefits while others only allow for those officially enlisted in the military in some way, not just working on base as a civilian. There really isn’t a clear consistent standard for some of these. I’m curious how Wyze has chosen to implement the definition range limits and how much of a discount it is (I’m guessing 3-10% since their profit margins are so low already).

When I go into the website it doesn’t help me. I didn’t renew my subscription right now waiting on this information

Will do that but think of the money their losing like mine having to jump thru these hoops

I don’t blame you, and the lack of (or unclear) communication from them is one of my own frequent frustrations, so I’m glad to see when others raise issues like this, and I hope they pay attention.
