I’m confused to why when I gotta unlock the lock bolt with my fingerprint I gotta press the lock button as well? Is anyone else having this problem?
No, when I go to unlock mine, I just put my finger on it and it just unlocks when my finger touches the reader.

Not mines lol literally gotta press the lock button and scan my fingerprint at the same time for it unlock the door
That is not normal. I’d call support.
