On WYZE website it says if you purchase a one year subscription for $99 you get a free WYZE hub. Well not in my case! I purchased the one Year Subscription plus additional sensors and key pads. I received the items but no WYZE hub. Contacted support and they say WYZE hub not included. What that false advertising. After many chats now I’m waiting for an order specialist to review it?
Did you click “Build my system” and add a Hub, or did you only purchase a $99.99 plan, some sensors and a keypad? They only send you what you place in your cart, so if you didn’t add a Hub to your cart, you don’t receive one.
Finally issue was resolved!!!
