Failure to restart Cam

moved plug from one receptacle to another and have solid yellow light and cannot do anything else just stays light yellow solid


please help very frustrated called Tech line said 3 minute wait then hung up on me said try again very bad to a new customer


Do you have a microSD card installed? If so, try removing it.

Plug it into power and then hold the setup button down for 30 seconds to do a factory reset.

did what you said and still the same yellow light steady on

Might be failed hardware. You will need to file a support ticket for this. It is preferable to do so from within the app so that the logs are captured.
