Face Masks not shipped - Ordered on 4/16

Shipping label created May 1st but USPS is still waiting to receive the shipment on May 7. I mistakenly got excited think maybe it wasn’t all Wyze the first time around knowing FedEx can be unpredictable at times. But alas, here we are again. The 10 day windows is quickly approaching and I know the order won’t arrive on time if ever. Super frustrating.

Three weeks since my order was placed and charged and no response from Wyze here or on support tickets. Guess I have no option but to just dispute the charge. It’s frustrating because they seem to be taking new orders and fulfilling them but ignoring old ones.

If you add a post to this thread with your order number and support ticket numbers, @UserCustomerGwen can have someone look into it and hopefully get a resolution on Monday.

Thanks @billk1 I did post this last week with no response. Since I posted this my original ticket was closed with no response so I opened a new one 586357

@UserCustomerGwen Order # 002026929 and # 002026950 both from April 21 and charged to my credit card the next day still say processing and not received over 15 days later. (Now 21 days)

Wyze Ticket 568398 was opened five days ago with no response too. (Original ticket closed without a response)

@a11, I am sorry you have had this issue and I will try to steer Gwendolyn this way and hopefully we can get the issue resolved.

Added my Order number and ticket number.

Order # 002242741 has been sitting marked as shipped since May 1.

If I wasn’t out the money it would be hilarious… I just got asked for a review on an item I never received and from what I can tell never shipped.

Just a few more days till it’s a month and I will be disputing the charge. Most frustrating is Wyze keeps selling more (just got an email for the scale, would be a good deal if Wyze could actually fulfill it’s orders)

Same. I just submitted my review and was honest about not receiving the product and the lack of response from customer service.

I did finally receive one email from Wyze:

Thank you so much for reaching out, and for your patience. We experienced a shipping delay that impacted orders placed between April 11th and April 22nd. If you placed an order during this time, your package has shipped and is on the way if it has not arrived already.

It seems they would want me to wait forever for this with no tracking, even though they charged me back on April 21 when I ordered. I don’t have that sort of patience so I’ll give it another week (so it will have officially been a month) and then charge back.

I finally reached out through PayPal. Wyze said my order was lost and offered to resend or refund. But that is where it ended because they never responded to my reply so I escalated it to PayPal. This will leave a lasting impression when I consider purchasing in the future from them. I hope they aren’t still selling masks today.

I didnt use Paypal but earlier this week Wyze fessed up they never actually shipped my order and offered the same re-ship or refund. Asked for refund and again heard nothing. Sigh, only this company thinks its ok to charge my card, stall a month with no response, and then finally say ‘Oops’.

I’ll give them a few more days to at least make me whole and refund the money they should have never charged in the first place. It’s a bad sad because I like Wyze products, but their complete inability to handle their mistake (plenty of retailers take orders and mess up, but this is one of the few that took my money first and then ignored for weeks) makes it unlikely I will use Wyze products again.

Even if they gave you tracking it may not have mattered. They created a shipping label for my order but that was it. It never really shipped if it ever existed in the first place. I’m pretty sure PayPal requires it in order for them to get paid. So the whole thing doesn’t sit well. I wouldn’t wait to do the charge back honestly. Your masks are likely never coming.

Ordered KN95 masks on May 3. Email from Wyze on May 8 about “supply chain” problems and link to cancel order within 48 hours, a google doc. Submitted cancellation request on May 8. Order not cancelled. Messaged Wyze. No answer. Created support ticket on May 15. Wyze response includes “we are unable modify or cancel any orders at this time.” Does this mean Wyze will not honor my May 8th cancellation request? As of May 20, order is “on hold.”

I just placed an order for the same KN95 masks at the same price point from SnowJoe, another company I have bought products from in the past. It shipped today. I will update when it’s officially in transit. If you need masks this may be an alternative.

@H31, sorry for that delay! I checked on your tracking number and your order is on its way to you. It updated again today. I also see a note saying that your order was refunded.

Hello. Order number is 002328847. I am looking for a refund. I see Wyze continues to offer these for sale and indicates they can now ship the masks. But I am just wanting a refund.
