Face Masks not shipped - Ordered on 4/16

Just read this tread and I hope I receive my 2 orders for the disposable and kn95 masks before this pandemic is over.
We need them NOW actually … LOL … senseless money spent if not better have spent it on food !

First the Data breech … now this?

Still have a bit of hope Wyze will pull though this and make me …my family …and close friends feel safer when we have to go out.

I finally got some response from support yesterday. I do have tracking info for my first order which was promised Thursday, then Friday and now no date but it’s close enough I’m sure it will come Monday or Tuesday. WAY out of the promised window but hopefully they’ll show up at this point. The day they were due to arrive I stupidly placed a second order after they sent the email saying they had the new masks. When I ordered and in the order confirmation it says 1-3 days processing and 7-10 days for shipping. I have zero faith that will be the case at this point. I love Wyze but this mask situation, not responding to customers and the lack of making it right are really disappointing. I work in customer service. It’s not that mistakes don’t happen, it’s how the company handles it that speaks for them as a company.

I, too, ordered on 4/21. When I placed my order for disposable masks and a no-touch thermometer, both said shipping in 1-3 days. My credit card was charged immediately, and my order today (May 4) still shows as “processing.” The ‘contact us’ section says that they cannot cancel any orders. What a scam!

I have a couple of cameras that I like, and had been recommending them to others. Now, though, because of the lack of customer service, I can’t honestly recommend them to my friends and family any longer.

Another not so happy mask customer here. Ordered on 4/21. CC charged within a day. Order status now shows as “closed” which according this means that the order has been cancelled and a refund has been issued. https://support.wyzecam.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032075052-Order-Status-and-Shipment-Tracking I have not received any refund back to my credit card. Opened a support ticket last week, but no reply at all to date. Pretty frustrating experience.

Surprisingly, mine were delivered by Fedex on Saturday. No Tracking number was ever provided. The quality appears to be very good, and the 50 masks are wrapped, and inside a box.

Glad you received your order! Maybe there’s hope for me since we both ordered on 4/21 but mine has yet to be shipped. Hoping to get an update today…

My first order finally arrived yesterday. The second shows as shipped as well. There is hope. Hopefully they have worked it out and everyone gets their orders soon. Still unimpressed with customer service with these mask orders even when you do finally get a response.

I hope you get yours soon. Mine said “shipped” from, I think, the day after I placed the order, which, obviously, was not accurate. They were actually shipped on 4/28 and I received on 5/2. Never received a tracking number. Hopefully, that’s the case with your order.

Add me to the list of those who ordered in April and have heard crickets since then. My credit card was charged and I have nothing to show for it.

I ordered on 4/22 and nothing has arrived. I got no tracking number either, No responses from support tickets either. What kind of customer experience is this?

We’re sorry, everyone. We’re working through the issues and understand that this has been a rough experience.

To anyone waiting to have an update about their order or on their support ticket, could you please post those here so I can escalate them to the team? I see that a lot of you are familiar faces that I already worked with in other areas but I’m trying to not miss anyone.

I as well ordered on 04/21 - waited .3-5 days as requested. sent an email to them, go the whole spill about the 7-10 days… waited again and finally called them. my order status says closed. i never closed it and i have no masks, and my card was charged. the C/S girl said she would research it and get back to me. I am upset that they sent this email out, knowing darn well the need for masks… so they got everyone excited… I actually turned down another opportunity to get masks, because I had ordered thru Wyze… and now the other opportunity has no masks… and I have no masks with Wyze. Very poor planning on their part and very unhappy members. And will I even get a call back? I think its pretty safe to say bye bye to masks and bye bye to my money…

If you paid with a CC you can dispute the charge with your CC company. I’m considering do that if I don’t see any movement one way or another by the end of the week.

I have an order for the thermometer (order #002036628) and for the disposable face masks (order #002036622). Both were ordered on 4/21 and show “processing.” Please provide an update as to when I can expect them. @billk1

@UserCustomerGwen Order # 002026929 and # 002026950 both from April 21 and charged to my credit card the next day still say processing and not received over 15 days later.

Wyze Ticket 568398 was opened five days ago with no response too.
