Explain your ‘handle’

I had never heard of Hungarian Peppers before (so I just looked them up). They sound good. A wider range on the Scoville heat unit scale: from half as spicy to twice as spicy as a jalapeno, but also sweet. That sounds awesome! The problem I have with a lot of spicy foods, is not that they are too spicy, but the fact that the only taste they have is spiciness, no other flavor. I want some other flavor in my food too. Sounds like these are a great option to help keep actual flavor in stuff and still be able to meet people’s various spicy preferences even better than jalapenos since it’s spicy range is a lot wider on both ends. Pretty cool.

Neato. I’m all into healthy eating and grow my own sweet peppers. I’m not into spicey foods whatsoever, as I don’t enjoy burning my tongue, etc. Although, I will swallow cayenne pepper only if I have the stomach flu haha.

You can grow the spicy ones or grow the sweet ones. It’s not one pepper that is both. We grow the sweet ones for sake and a few spicy ones for ourselves. They are both very delicious. I’m not a fan of green bell peppers (sort of bitter tasting to me). I do love Jalapenos for a spicy but still flavorful pepper. But the Hungarian ones can be used in any dish and they just add great flavor, even the spicy ones.

I used my first name and the first letter of each word of my last name. I do this for 2 reasons, it is easier for me to remember my user ID and second, I’m just not imaginative enough to come up with something clever.

I am short, 5’0 if I am standing up perfectly straight, and pre-kids, I was all of 90 pounds. I worked with a woman who used to say that I was just a tiny little wee bit of a person. Weebit became sort of a nickname for me.

Aww cute. My nickname growing up (and as an adult as long as my dad was alive) was Booboo. Years later, my mother said that my dad gave it to me because when I was little I used to run up and say, “boo” all the time, haha. I like nicknames. :grinning:

I didn’t see this post. And you know no one has ever asked.

TechSis is just something I came up with after using j5doto for so many years. I liked it because back then I would fix computers for friends (now they are pretty much disposable). And before you ask j5doto was from my high school days. we loved Michael Jackson and The Jackson 5, so much that me and some friends got together for a talent show and we called ourselves Jackson 5 Descendent of the Original (j5doto).

I know that should have been reserved for their firstborn children, Jackie - Brandi, Tito - TJ, Jermaine - Jermaine Jr, Marlon - Valencia, Michael - Prince,

Ha, we couldn’t even sing that great and our dancing was below subpar but we had fun trying. For me, it just stuck.
