I’m sure others are having the same problem but when I go to look at my events to start clearing them out, I used to be able to go to the bottom of my event, select all and delete them. Now I have to delete them one at a time which takes up to 30 minutes. What has happened to this feature? I have checked all of my updates. Everything is up to date. I haven’t missed any. Can someone please help?
What specific app version are you using? I believe what you’re describing has been reported by several users in App & Firmware updates - Released 3/23/2026, which is the latest release announcement topic I’m aware of, and I’ve asked someone at Wyze for more information about both this issue and newer app release announcements.

What I’ve been told at this point is that Wyze is aware of the issue and working on it. Other users have been discussing it for a while beginning at App & Firmware updates - Released 3/23/2026 - #20 by ShardlowM after app v3.11.0.x was released, but apps v3.11.5.x and v3.11.6.x have been released since then (also discussed in that linked topic) and the issue persists. I know that a subsequent beta app version has been released (Wyze app 3.12 Beta Test 4/10/2026), so that’s an option if you want to test that, though I don’t know if a fix for this bulk deletion issue has been incorporated into that app version.
My standard question - why are you bothering to delete them at all? They auto-delete in 14 days.
I’ve been manually deleting all the “fake” events because the sheer volume of useless ones makes it difficult to find the events I actually need. It’s disappointing to see the app regress more and more over the past five years.
FWIW, at least a couple of users in Wyze app 3.12 - Released 4/23/2026 and another topic are reporting that this issue has been resolved in that app version.
