Event Recordings Not Saved

My camera event recordings are not being saved. The last recording saved was at 10:32am on 12/26/19. I checked the settings and they ok. Recordings to the SD cards did not stop and have all been saved. The time this started is in line with the data breach problem, so it’s likely related.

Anyone else experiencing this same problem?

Have you logged out and back in to the Wyze app since the security tokens were revoked?

Yes. I had done that before reporting the problem. Then, mysteriously, events were being saved again starting at 6:04 pm CST.

So, you can close this ticket.
