I’ve been using the wyze cam for months with good success. All of a sudden events stopped recording (cloud not sd). i get the notification for an event, the events dot is there but then nothing but a message saying" you need to check that event recording is turned on" - which it is.
suggestions?

This may sound like a dumb question but have you deleted the camera from the Wyze app? If so, all events are automatically deleted and the camera won’t upload anymore events until its setup again.

I think this may have been your issue:
ok thanks - I guess just not me - but again, camera reset seems to do the trick.
This is still a problem for me. Not sure why I am paying for something that doesn’t work.
