Do they make an indoor camera that can be connected using ethernet. I want to install a camera in my garage but the wifi won’t reach that far but I have a cable that runs to the garage
Not Wyze, None of their models have Ethernet ports
Buy a cheap Wireless Access Point, connect to that Ethernet cable and then you’ll have WiFi in your garage.

Not officially, no, though this has been requested before, and a related Wishlist topic has other suggestions.
As @bryonhu suggests, an additional access point should be easy to set up, especially if you already have a wired connection to that area and if you specifically want a Wyze camera. I’ve had good results with a TP-Link RE315 in AP Mode, using it as a WAP with wired backhaul and not as a Wi-Fi-only range extender. Otherwise, I’d consider looking elsewhere for Ethernet-connected camera options.
