Began getting “error code 7” when trying to view events. Talked to support and they could not figure out why it was happening. But during the conversation I became convinced it was because of something that happened with my Samsung G6 phone (7 years old!!). Loaded app on my Kindle 10 Fire and guess what? I was able to access my events. Something in an update that Samsung did that caused my phone to no longer be able to retrieve event videos. I guess it could be something Wyze did, but I’ll blame it on my old phone.
