They don’t work as advertised LOL
To those who have missed original posts resolving the issue.
For the doorbell…
1). Remove camplus from doorbell
2). Restart your doorbell from the app.
3). Wait untill your cam back working
4). Move camplus back to the doorbell.
6). Restart your doorbell from the app again.
THIS RESOLVES THE ISSUE WITH THE DOORBELL ON CAMPLUS
Slightly different error message: Error (code 06): Failed to upload the video to the cloud.
Others seem to be getting a “view” message. This is Upload message.
I’m helping a friend try to figure out what is wrong. 2 new Battery Cam Pro models.
They get that error at his house, but they work fine if he adds them at his other house. But, at both houses, the internet is fast. So, don’t think a connection speed issue. If so, then Wyze should change their error message to say so.
It shows that it recorded and that the videos are 12 or more seconds long, but get the error when clicking on the video.
He can view live just fine.
