My Duo Cam Pan used to show up just fine in the Web View.. but now the colors are all weird. It seems to have coincided with recent changes maybe. I don’t use the Web View all that often, so I’m not totally sure exactly when it started happening.
Anyway, it does show up just like it should in the app.. so I was just wondering if it has something to do with the quality I have it set to, or if there’s something else that might be causing it. Here’s a screen shot of what it looks like now in Web View.
Recently added a Duo Cam Pan after the latest Web portal update. They switched back to the left menu pane (early April?) after releasing it temporarily before fully testing it. Users complained of several bugs that seemed to have been fixed until I added this specific cam,
I’m getting those same purples & greens using Edge in Live view, but Events view looks normal. Same false colors in Chrome, which Wyze keeps recommending, but I prefer Edge for several reasons.
Same issue here. Followed all instructions support gave me but again this is only on any browser of the 4 I have on my machine and doesn’t matter whether Mac or Windows they all do it after a period of time and then I open the app and everything is normal.
I’ve just installed my first duo-cam-pan and have the same anomaly. The pictures in the app seem fine but looking at the cameras in webview overview (in Chrome) has weird colors and is very grainy. In webview events, the colors appear to be OK but the pictures are quite grainy. The resolution seems good but grainy.
edit: I just noticed that the new duo-cam-pan doesn’t appear at all on webview overview in FireFox (not even with the weird colors and graininess) while 3 other cameras will. ( cam pan v3s )
