The WiFi chime that came with my Duo Cam Doorbell worked fine for the first few days I had it. Then today it was suddenly offline, and the status light would flash blue for a bit, then red. I’ve unplugged it and reset it several times; each time it says “Ready to connect”, pairs via bluetooth, gets the network, but then hangs on “Connecting… Adding Devices” until it times out. I’m mere feet from the router. The doorbell itself and my other cameras connect fine. Any idea what happened or what else I can try?
I’m not sure what happened, but today after a reboot of the router the chime connected again. I have to say I’m not impressed with the stability of the Duo Cam Doorbell. Great idea, but between this and the problems with motion detection settings, it feels like it was rushed out the door before all the QC was done.
