When is Wyze going to address all of the issues prevalent in the duo cam release? Seems like the doorbell is plugged with lots of problems. It will not charge. I’ve seen several posts shared complained and discussed about this problem. There’s a lot of frustrated people out there and wise is not addressing the issue.
I couldnt agree more. It is absolutely terrible! Annoying and obnoxious. The worst AI around easily
Based on all the posts I’ve seen here, I’d probably just return it and look into their other doorbell models. Waiting for them to resolve the issues is a gamble.
I would of, i am too vested at the moment with flood light and v4 cams everywhere.but i had issues with the v2 doorbell and it took months for wyze to finally credit me. I got the duo cam and at least i have a bell now. Just ridiculous amount of notifications. On top of that i have drill holes in my brock all over the place, between 2 different ring bells and 2 different wyze bells. Wish i never sold off my ring stuff. I only switched bc i wanted 24/7 recording
