Doorbell V2 offline at night

I checked the wiring 5 different times, and recieved a replacement doorbell thay presents with the same issue.

After the camera is set up, it works great. When Im at work around 7pm, the camera goes “offline” and wont reconnect until the morning around 7:30am. And lately has not been reconnecting at all.

I have a Pan v3 that never looses connection, so I know that it is not my router.

I’m lost on what to do.

What does that mean, exactly? Have you confirmed that your transformer has adequate continuous power output, and have you actually measured that output? Is it possible that there’s an issue with the transformer or that the transformer is being used for something (like HVAC components) in addition to the doorbell? The way you’re describing this failure with two units having the same issue, power is my primary suspicion.

I also wonder about Wi-Fi signal strength at the doorbell camera’s location and if it’s possible that something in the neighborhood is causing increased interference with the Wi-Fi overnight (though I don’t know what that would be). What kinds of network troubleshooting have you attempted?
