Doorbell v2 has been going “offline” continuously since 11/20/2024
Before then it was working fine. I looked at my router and it says that is been active for over an hour. I did notice on the app there is no signal strength but yet my router reports excellent connection. Im guessing there is app update that messed with something.

Looks like this new versions is messing with the doorbell v2 somehow. I was working fine until that update.
Please look into it.
It’s like nobody lab test these firmware upgrades, after months of frustration of losing connections and having to remove and readd the doorbell it would stay online for a few hours. It finally was figured out last upgrade and was online for three months, now since this update both properties are offline. This stuff is so frustrating!
