I recently received and installed new Doorbell Pro. But I have a couple questions/issues?

  • When I click on the camera it no longer automatically goes into live view, I have to press play.

  • when I click on timeline to view a past even it won’t play unless I’m in events.

  • why can’t I use the doorbell in hms?

I’m not sure about the others, but under advanced settings there’s an energy saver button. If you un click it it’ll play live video right away.
