I noticed that our doorbell won’t connect to the internet unless its being charged. We’ve had issues in the past with connectivity but nothing like this. Not sure if our camera has bit the dust or what?
Sounds like the battery is toast.

Had a feeling. Since it can be hard wired my husband will give it a go running some electrical and hook it up that way. And if that doesn’t stay connected then we’ll get something else.
