Please fix the horrible notification issue with the Doorbell Duo. Alerts are virtually non-existent.
The only real notification that I receive is when the camera sees a car driving by WHILE someone is walking down the sidewalk.
This is becoming a useless device.
Please help and yes, I have sent in a ticket/logs.

Since you mentioned submitting a ticket and logs already, could you please share your ticket number and log ID here? That way I can follow up on the process and make sure it’s tied into the reports we’re tracking with the team.
