I received my Wyze Doorbell camera and started to follow the instructions to disconnect my chime. However, it appears that the metal is soldered and I am unable to “unscrew” anything to bypass my home chime. Is there a way around this?
can u cut the wires & splice to the fuse?

not really, you need to bridge the wires bypassing the chime.
I guess the only alternative I can think of is running a new wire from the transformer to the doorbell if it’s even feasible.
If you cut the wires, just leave enough slack in case you need to reconnect.
