Seems every morning around 740am the doorbell camera goes offline. Have internet company out twice to check, wifi signal is good. Only oddity is its an apartment complex. Its on our apartments wifi with a strong signal. Have mo clue why half the time its offline. I bring it into the apartment and sometimes it comes back online in 2 min. Otherwise need to keep setting it up. And ideas?
What type of building is it? does it have stone or brick? our house has stone and it the only camera that had connectivity issues ( I think I has similar issues with Ring but assumed it was the device itself) – I got a $20 repeater and installed in room / behind same wall. After that I had no issues. That worked for me – not sure if it will help everyone
