V2 constantly offline

I see years worth of this complaint on the forum, but my doorbell camera is constantly going offline. I cannot handle it anymore.

The in app reset does not work. I have to uninstall and reinstall. Sometimes I have to turn power off to the whole house. I have great internet (I work from home and have no problems there), so not an internet issue.

But it has become a safety issue. Apparently, my camera has been offline since Friday (without my knowledge), and I have been home alone with my young children all of that time. I cannot keep dealing with this issue. I just can’t.

What specific detail can you provide about what you’re experiencing? Specifically, I’m curious about things like your transformer’s rated output and the measured voltage at your doorbell button location. What firmware version is your Video Doorbell v2 using? Without more data, it’s difficult to say if you’re experiencing a power issue or a Wi-Fi issue.
