Not once, but three times Microsoft has blocked the email tied to the system at my house. I had the misfortune to forget the password on Wyze and cannot recover it due to Microsoft (I am not a fan).
Wyze AI said starting a new account was an option and I did so. I am now encountering issues with all the equipment listed in subject line tied to the old account. Wyze said that’s unfortunate and has not been helpful whatsoever. My guess is the serial numbers tied to the equipment simply need to be released. Roughly 500.00 in equipment and hitting a brick wall.
Has anybody encountered this including being stonewalled at customer support?
