Door bell pro loses connection every 4-5 days

Just bought the door bell pro 4 weeks ago. Got cam pro for it as well as my 16 other cameras. Worked fine till last week. Now it won’t stay connected, although i have various cameras that stay connected.

The only way to fix is to remove it from the door, bring it to the router 30 feet away, and restart.

Anyone have this issue and fix?

Where is your chime plugged in? Because your doorbell pro connects to the chime which connects to your wifi network.

The chime is about 10 feet away from the doorbell/door and the chime is about 20 feet from the router within sight.

Didn’t know the chime picked up the wifi

Incidentally, was able to get it online by setting up a restart shortcut. I notice I could see the config settings including info. So it was connected but couldnt make a video connection. After restarting it connected.

In the info the chime has 5 bars (all) and the doorbell 2.

If i can automate the shortcut/ rule ill get it to restart every 3-4 days.
