Can someone share the experience of using the Wyze Lock auto-unlock function. It’s nice that it can unlock the door when you are approaching the door within Bluetooth range from the outside since you want to unlock it to open the door.
What if you’re approaching the door or within Bluetooth range from the inside but you don’t want the auto-unlock function to unlock your door because you’re not going out or you don’t plan to open the door? Will it also unlock your door?
Haven’t used it yet, but I believe the auto-unlock feature uses geofencing, so it only works if you leave the house, then come back home.
Kind of lame, would be nice if doors simply unlocked when you approached them. But no smartlock company has that figured out yet, as far as I know.
